It has rained everyday since we have been in Jamaica. It rained so hard yesterday that we couldn’t walk to our evening church service. Today it started raining after lunch. We worked for a while in the rain (it was actually a welcome change from the Jamaican heat). We didn’t last too long working in the rain, though. The work we’re doing this week is mostly mixing cement for the flooring and you can’t mix cement in the rain.

If it makes you feel any better. . . it is absolutely pouring here. Of course, I think it also is a welcome relief from this KY heat

I was with the Covington First group that was there before you guys. We didn’t have much rain the whole time we were there, just lots of heat and humidity
